Today Apple released the seventh beta version of iOS 13 for developers. In a hidden update file, they found confirmation of an upcoming autumn event. It seems that Apple will indeed introduce the iPhone 11 at the event on Tuesday, September 10th.
If you believe this data, Apple will announce the new iPhone on Tuesday, September 10. On the same day, Golden Master (GM) versions of the operating system will be released. And the official version of iOS 13 will be released on Monday, September 23 for all users. The official versions of iPadOS 13, watchOS 6, tvOS 13 and macOS Catalina will also be released on this day.
In screenshots, iOS 13 beta found a hint at the release date of iPhone 11
The first confirmation of the date of the presentation from Apple appeared on the iHelp BR resource. The developers noticed a file called “HoldForRelease” inside the firmware. The date on the calendar is visible on the screenshot, indicating September 10th.
In addition, Apple loves to stick to its rules and traditions. Therefore, with a great deal of confidence, you can be sure that the presentation will be held on September 10th. As amended, if nothing serious prevents this.
For comparison, past dates for Apple’s announcements were as follows:
September 12, 2018
2017: September 12,
2016: September 7,
2015: September 9th.
Last year, the announcement day was rescheduled to the 12th, in connection with the anniversary of September 11th. This year, 10/09 falls on Tuesday, and this day is acceptable for Apple in all respects.
On the same day, pre-orders for iPhone 11 will be open. After two weeks, that is, September 23, the first devices will go to their customers. Of course, all this will turn out to be true only after invitations to the presentation are sent. It remains to wait quite a bit.
Apple is expected to release three new iPhone models this fall. According to some rumors, they may be called the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. One of the main updates for new models will be an additional rear camera sensor, that is, three cameras on the rear panel for the flagships and two cameras on the rear panel of the new XR. This new camera on the back of all three phones will be wide-angle.
